FIND YOUR PATHWAY TO A LIFE OF PURPOSE
Your Next Steps Towards the Adventure of a Lifetime Begin Here!

Are you feeling stuck? Unsure about your next steps toward a life of purpose?
The Kairos Pathways Lab is designed to guide you through uncertainty and help you uncover a clear, actionable plan.
Pathways Lab is a deeply enriching experience for potential young leaders. It will welcome them to a whole new community of faith, encouragement and support, help them discern what God may be calling them to do with their lives, and exponentially grow their self-awareness.
Pathways Lab was one of the most impactful experiences I’ve had when it comes to ministry. I gained a more wholistic image of who I am as a person – my strengths, my weaknesses – and valuable connections of mentors I can call on when I need advice.
Nothing has excelled my ministry development like the tools and network I received from attending a Kairos lab.
Pathways Lab is pivotal for anybody who is interested in leadership. If you want to know more about yourself, church planting, and leading people, Pathways Lab is a natural first step in seeing what God is able to do in you, through you, and for you.
