Partner Church
In preparing to launch a new church, church planters go through a series of training and preparation in order to give the new church the highest probability of success. As the planter is getting ready, ideally a partner church is going through its own process of getting ready to send out a church planter.

1. Talk with Kairos
Initial contact with Kairos gives a church a sense
of why planting new churches is critical and
what roles partner churches have.
2. Engage Church Prayer Team

and desire to save the lost, the church through
persistent prayer, supports the church plant
that does not yet exist.
3. Partner Church Workshop
The church engages in the church workshop
that is most appropriate to current needs.
Choices include: About Church Planting, Sharing
Faith, Strategic Planning, Leadership Team
Development, and Natural Church
Development.
4. Organize Church Planter Support Team
A work team is assembled to plan for, communicate about, and pray for the church planting mission and support the relationship with the church planter.
5. Build Relationships and Commit
Partner church and planter get to know each other, asses fit and vision, and form the basis (formally and personally) of their relationship.
6. Send Mission Teams to Church Plants
As the plant prepares to launch and then grow, the partner church sends ambassadors and mission teams to work with the new church and to bring news and excitement about God’s work back home.
7. Practice Mission at Home & Prepare to Plant Again
A partner church that commits to missional life through planting can help plant a new church every 3 to 5 years.
