The first coaching season, what we call “Groundwork,” takes you from Discovery Lab until you are almost ready to launch a new church. A trained coach will work with you to set goals and achieve them.

​Exciting steps in this phase of coaching include developing your ministry plan, recruiting your team, and moving to your target area. During this phase, you will also raise up a prayer team to take you and your work before the throne of God on a regular and focused basis. 

When you complete the Groundwork season of coaching, we will continue to walk with you into the next seasons.
